Pjække fra træning 🏋️

Showing up is the hardest part. I suffer from migraine. Had 3 days in pain this week, but I show up.

My workout may not break any records due to my pounding head, but less is definitely more.

My workout always relieves my migraine and I feel better after a short while working out.

Maybe there is also a psychological aspect in it; defeating weakness, I dont know.

Some days I do like you; cut it short.

After all; Tomorrow is another day!
